A business owner from Black River Falls, WI, had received several complaints from tenants in the community about a few areas where concrete had sunken, creating trip hazards. Once our Design Specialist concluded his inspection, he informed the business owner that we could easily address the sinking concrete with our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam, expands when it's injected beneath concrete, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the slab back into place. He went on to say that our process is finished with the application of our NexusPro. Silicone-based, our NexusPro is a sealant that gets applied to all cracks and joints in the lifted concrete to ensure no elements get below the slab.
