Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his production crew installed five of our wall anchors, which are heavy-duty galvanized earth anchors that are embedded into stable soil outside of the foundation wall. Each anchor is connected by a long, steel rod to a wall plate that provides pressure against the inside of the wall. This system provides the potential to straighten the wall back to its natural position. A Winona, MN, homeowner had been keeping an eye on his basement wall for some time now. He had been aware of a large crack running the length of one of the walls and was ready to find a solution.
