Next, the proposal was passed along to our Logsitics team to build and schedule the project. Our Logistics team gave the final stamps of approval, then the project was assigned to our Foreman, Gabriel, and his crew. The project date arrived a few weeks later, then Gabriel and his crew traveled to the home to begin the GeoLock Wall Anchor installation. First, Gabriel and his crew made sure the walls were ready for the installation. Next, the crew installed three GeoLock Wall Anchors on the west wall, then six on the south wall. Once all the products were secured, Mac and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relived to know their foundation was properly stabilized. Foreman Jose Castillo and his crew installed our crawl space waterproofing system and SmartJacks to stabilize the foundation in his crawl space. Steve and Kerry S. of Coon Valley, WI had a big crack in the foundation wall of their garage, causing them to worry about its structural build and stability. Our Design Specialist went to their home, examined their wall, and drew up the solution of our GeoLock Wall Anchor Repair System. Our Foreman and his production team began the installation by digging holes outside of the home, beyond the foundation. From the inside of the garage, our team inserted long, metal rods from the inside foundation to each hole outside of the house. On the ends of each rod, our team installed an anchor plate that holds the rod in place in the soil. Next, our team installed a GeoLock Wall Anchor at the end of each rod on the interior foundation. This process stops inward movement and cracking, and allows the foundation to move back into its original position. To complete the installation, our Foreman and his team backfilled each hole outside of the home, compacted the soil, and ensured that the yard and garage looked neater than when they found it. Steve and Kerry were very satisfied with the work that was completed and had a great experience from appointment to installation!

A property manager in Eau Claire, WI, noticed stair-step cracking along the basement of the home and was concerned for its stability. Knowing the issue would need expert attention, the manager began looking into foundation repair contractors in the area and found us. After browsing our website and becoming impressed by our reviews, the manager contacted us to schedule his FREE estimate with one of our Design Specialists. 

In about a week, our Design Specialist, Dustin L., arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, he took note of the cracks along the basement walls as well as some areas beginning to cave in. Dustin recommended our GeoLock. GeoLock is our wall anchor system that can permanently stabilize foundation walls. Dustin explained that Geolock is installed by first digging a hole into the hard-packed soil that is several feet away from the foundation. An earth anchor is then placed in that hole and is attached to the interior wall. Both wall plates would be connected by a small steel pole, which would run through the ground. This system prevents basement walls from continuing to move and can be tightened to straighten walls over time. The homeowner happily agreed to Dustin's recommendation and decided to move forward with the project.

In about two months, our Foreman, Luis D., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew installed a total of 11 GeoLock anchors. Once they were done with the installation, the crew cleaned up their workspace and equipment before leaving the home.
