Attic Properly Insulated in Carlton, Minnesota
This customer had another contractor come in and blow in a bunch of fiberglass insulation. To properly insulate this home we dug through this insulation to find all the major penetrations found and air seal them. Then new attic air chutes need to be installed and the new cellulose blown in over the top of the fiberglass. Then we insulated the entire rim joist. These photos show the difference of how the attic was previously insulated and how we completed a full insulation installation. The home will now be warm and cozy.
Spray Foam Insulation for Commercial Building in Carlton, MN
The company occupying this building wanted to insulate their building so that they could have better control over the internal climate of the building and they especially wanted to reduce the condensation that was forming on the ceiling and dripping into an area where they stored important chemicals for their work.
