Design Specialist, Royce Bunn went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. GeoLock® Anchors were installed on the retaining wall by the lake to stabilize the yard area. Our SmartJack® System was used to permanently stabilize and lift the foundation of the boathouse. This system works by driving piers deep into the earth until bedrock is hit, which offers permanent stabilization for this structure.
