This homeowner in Proctor, MN wanted to address the sinking and sagging floors in their home. They were worried the floor might collapse, so they reached out to DBS for a professional, permanent solution. 

Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo assisted the homeowner in a free, no-obligation estimate in order to find the best solution for the home's needs. After a careful inspection, Henrik recommended our SmartJack® Support System.

Foreman Fred Bozvay led the installation of this project with help from a team. Together, the team used these jack systems to evenly support and distribute the weight of the structure. Once stabilized, the jacks can be adjusted to lift the floor above back to a level, even position.

This Duluth homeowner was concerned about some water issues in their basement. After a search for the best company to work with, the homeowner reached out to DBS. Kristin Kramer, DBS's Appointment Center Representative, received the call and an appointment was set.  Our System Design Specialist, Rich Johnson made a trip out to the home for a free no obligation estimate. Following the thorough inspection, Rich explained to the homeowner the best possible solutions. The appointment was followed up by setting a date to have Foreman, Kevin Steffey and his production team come out and fix the problem. Three of the walls were fully waterproofed, several power braces with joint reinforcements were installed, and a triple-safe sump pump system was installed. This homeowner now enjoys a safe and dry basement and is without any concern.
