A DBS Design Specialist went out to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, the Design Specialist recommended our PowerBrace® Wall Bracing System.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 12 PowerBrace® i-beams along the interior side of the basement walls to permanently stabilize the foundation. Each i-beam is backed with a 75-year warranty against the movement, so the homeowner can rest assured of the solution to their bowing wall issue.

This homeowner was in the process of finishing their basement and wanted to have it properly insulated prior to finishing. Design Specialist, Steve Steve, visited this home and proposed using our closed cell spray foam on the outside wall. Foreman, Drew Sundberg and his crew apply the spray foam to the exterior facing wall. This insulation will ensure that the homeowner will enjoy a comfortable space year round.
