A cabin owner in Siren, WI reached out to us hoping to find a permanent solution to water pooling in the corners of their basement. 

DBS Sales Manager Royce Bunn visited the home for a free, no-obligation estimate for our waterproofing system. It was determined that a WaterGuard® system would be installed around the perimeter of the basement and that the walls would be covered with CleanSpace® Wall Poly. Foreman Zach Jorenby and his crew installed the WaterGuard­­­® system along with a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump. 

The homeowner was happy with the work done and can now enjoy a moisture-free basement. 

In Marcell, MN a homeowner reached out to DBS looking to keep their home more comfortable all year round and minimize the costs of their utilities. DBS has specific installation crews and design specialists that are experts in utilizing and minimizing energy in the home. In the photos below we’ve used spray foam insulation to make sure the homes had a strong, warm insulation layer, then we added a final layer of insulation on our Dr. Energy Saver side, DBS also had to work to patch the siding and reinstall siding on the roof of the home after this installation process to bring the home back to its original state.

The owner of this home in Warba, MN reached out to DBS looking for an estimate for a basement waterproofing project.

A DBS Design Specialist went out to the home to run a free, no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, a quote was provided for our WaterGuard® French Drain System.

A DBS foreman led the installation of this project with help from a team. Together, they created trenches around the interior perimeter of the basement and placed the drain lines within. These drains catch all of the water intrusion from the walls and floor joists of the basement.

This homeowner can now relax knowing their basement is healthy and dry.

These Moose Lake homeowners reached out to DBS after seeing our ad in the newspaper. They had been having issues with unwanted water in their basement and wanted a permanent solution to the problem. Design Specialist Cole Lekander provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Foreman Kevin Steffey and his production team installed our WaterGuard® System along the perimeter of the basement and a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump to keep water out of the basement for good. This home now has a clean, safe and dry basement to enjoy. 

These homeowners in Moose Lake, MN reached out to DBS for help keeping their damp basement dry. Their rough stone walls allowed moisture to enter this basement and resulted in standing water and mold growth. 

DBS Design Specialist Nathan Schroeder went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the home, Nathan recommended CleanSpace® waterproofing vapor barrier to prevent moisture from entering through the walls. A WaterGuard® subfloor drainage system will be paired with the CleanSpace® barrier and will empty to a new TripleSafe™ sump pump. This home was repaired by DBS Foreman Zach Jorenby and his production crew.
