EverLast™ Finished Wall Restoration in Hayward, WI

A homeowner in Hayward, WI was experiencing issues with leaking water in the newly finished basement of their cabin, and reached out to DBS for some assistance. After thorough inspections, it was determined that the finished walls would need to have the EverLast™ Finished Wall Restoration panels installed for a more updated waterproofing system. This product is ideal for repairing water damaged drywall, and also adds better insulation for a more warm and comfortable area. Flooded Basement Kept Dry Using CleanSpace and TripleSafe™ Sump Pump in Hayward, MN

These homeowners in Hayward, WI reached out to DBS after their basement crawlspace had multiple inches of water and the existing sump pump was completely flooded out.

DBS Foreman Zach Jorenby and his production crew got to work by removing many gallons of water and preparing the damp earth for the waterproofing process.  A new TripleSafe™ Sump Pump was installed in the basement and CleanSpace® waterproofing material was placed along the walls of the crawlspace and the flooring.

Flooded Crawl Space in Hayward, MN Encapsulated and Protected from Future Issues

These homeowners in Hayward, MN needed major assistance with their crawl space issues. After purchasing a new home, they discovered standing water in the crawl space and rotting support beams. Wanting to avoid any further damage to the home, and to combat any mold issues, the owners reached out to DBS for help. 

Design Specialist James Miller assisted these homeowners in a free, no-obligation estimate to find the best solution for their home. After a thorough inspection, James provided a quote and recommended the installation of SmartJack® beams and drainage matting. 

Foreman Chris Church led the installation of the encapsulation project. Chris and his team fully encapsulated the crawl space, starting with drainage matting. This helps the soil and dirt under the home to safely and effectively help drain the water in the space. Next, they used SprayFoam insulation to air seal the space and create a moisture barrier. They then used CleanSpace® to line the entirety of the crawl space for a clean, water resistant barrier, which also allows the space to be used for safe, dry storage. 

These homeowners can now enjoy their new home know their crawl space is safe and dry.
