SprayFoam is then used as the first layer of insulation because it also acts as an air sealant and a moisture barrier. Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, Henrik generated a quote for our Crawl Space Encapsulation Service.

Foreman Jason Foster led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed drainage matting on the ground in the crawl space and layered panels of TerraBlock™ foam insulation to protect the space against frost. Then they sealed the space using CleanSpace® water vapor barrier. To complete the job, the crew sprayed polyurethane spray foam insulation on the vertical walls in the crawl space.

Now that the crawl space has been properly waterproofed and insulated, the homeowners will notice that their living spaces are much warmer in the wintertime, allowing them to be able to use the space all year-round.
