DBS Lifts and Levels Concrete Sidewalk in St Louis Park, MN Home

This home in St Louis Park, MN had uneven sidewalks alongside their home. Our Concrete Repair Design Specialist Steve LaFontaine visited the home measured the concrete sidewalk settlement. To lift and level the concrete, PolyLevel® was recommended.

DBS Foreman Dusting Behning and the production crew successfully leveled the different portions of the sidewalk using PolyLevel®. This 2-part poly material expands upon application to raise sinking concrete slabs. It hardens as it cures and the finished concrete can be walked on within 15 minutes of application. Cracks are then filled with NexusPro, a material that seals cracks with a waterproof membrane.

This home now has a safe, stable, and level sidewalk that will last for years to come!

Sinking Concrete Leveled at Duluth Care Facility

Uneven sidewalks at this care facility concerned the owners. Wanting to eliminate trip hazards for residents and visitors, they contacted DBS for more information regarding our concrete lifting and leveling service.

Concrete Repair Manager Steve Lafontaine visited the facility and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the project. DBS Foreman Elisha Schlipp and her crew completed the work using PolyLevel®.

Our crew begins PolyLevel® installation by drilling small, dime-sized holes into the concrete. From there, the PolyLevel® foam is injected into the holes, filling the void beneath the slab. This 2-part foam expands upon contact with the ground to raise the concrete back to a level position. It cures in about 15 minutes and is ready to use!

Concrete Lifting and Leveling in Saint Paul, MN Garage to Eliminate Tripping Hazard

Homeowners in Saint Paul, MN were concerned over their sinking garage foundation. The garage. The gap between the garage apron and the entrance to the garage was uneven and cracked. Foreman Elisha Schlipp and her concrete repair crew completed the work. They drilled small holes and injected PolyLevel® to fill the voids beneath the slab. PolyLevel® expands upon contact with the soil and is able to raise the slab back to its original position. From there, our team carefully filled the cracks with NexusPro®, a silicone-based joint sealant.

This family is now able to comfortably pull vehicles in and out of the garage with ease!
