In the before photo, the uneven concrete slabs around St. Mary's Church in Durand, WI, were in need of urgent attention. These common issues pose safety risks due to tripping hazards and can diminish the property's curb appeal. To rectify this, our team employed the PolyLevel® system to effectively lift and stabilize the surfaces. This high-strength polyurethane foam, once injected, securely filled voids, restoring level ground. As shown in the after photo, NexusPro® joint sealant was applied to protect against future damage, offering enhanced durability and maintaining property value and integrity.

We were able to lift and level this concrete pad leading into the garage back to its original spot. The homeowner no longer has to go over a 3 inch drop every time they enter and exit their garage.

A homeowner in Jacobson, MN reached out to DBS regarding a badly sunken concrete garage floor. Over time, their garage apron had started to settle and actually sunk about three inches from its original position.
