Design Specialist James Miller assisted the homeowner in a free, no-obligation estimate. After a careful inspection, a quote was provided for our PolyLevel® Foam and NexusPro® Sealant. 

DBS Installers took the lead on this project. Together, the team began by drilling small holes into the concrete and injecting the foam. This foam expands and hardens to lift the concrete back into an even position. The sealant is then used to fill the remaining crack and even out the floor.

A homeowner in Two Harbors, MN reached out to DBS regarding the front sidewalk of their home. Several of the concrete slabs had started to sink or had already sunk a considerable amount. Shown in the photo is the concrete slab just before the front steps, which was down about two inches from where it should have been. Our crew visited the home and installed PolyLevel® to lift and level the slab. As you can see by looking at the front step, DBS was able to raise the slab back to its desired position.
