Together they installed 3 helical piers under the supports of the porch in order to permanently stabilize the structure. Each pier is backed with a 25-year transferrable warranty so the homeowner can have peace of mind.

DBS Foreman Zach Royer and crew excavated soil around the base of the home's front entry and added a SentrySeal® membrane to seal off any cracks in the foundation from the outside. The crew also installed SilverGlo™ insulation to further protect the home's foundation.

The homeowners were happy with the work done and now have heavy-duty insulation and support for their basement.
