A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 12 SmartJack® supports between the basement and crawl space to provide adequate support to the homeowner's new heavy granite counter above.

Foreman Osia Williams led the installation of this project with help from Co-Foreman Rowan Wentworth. Earth anchors are installed outside of the home, below the ground, and the steel plates are installed inside the home on the bowing wall. These systems are connected using a steel rod which stops any further movement and can also be adjusted in order to restore the wall back to its original position.

The owner of the cabin was looking to sell the cabin to his friend. As part of the agreement, he needed to get the foundation wall secured. The owner called the experts at DBS to come out and find a solution to the bowing foundation wall. System Design Specialist, Rich Johnson, made a visit out to the cabin and found a quality solution to the problem foundation wall. The use of PowerBraces would secure the wall and prevent any further damage to the wall and cabin. Foreman, Casey Healy, and his crew were able to install the PowerBraces and secure the wall.
