Piers are installed by driving them into the ground beneath a structure until they are lodged into soil strong enough to support the weight of the structure, providing permanent stability.

To do this, our crew would install spray foam insulation along the crawl space ground and wood wall unit. This insulation will replace the original fiberglass insulation that was occupying the crawl space. The PowerBrace® system comes with a 75-year warranty against the additional movement, ensuring that once installed, the wall will be permanently stabilized. Brackets at the top of each PowerBrace® can be tightened during dry seasons in an attempt to straighten the wall back to its original position as well.
