The new owner of this home in Keewatin, MN was worried about their floor collapsing as it was sagging towards the center. They contacted DBS after spending time looking for promising solutions.

Design Specialist Jake Gilmer visited the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner and after a thorough inspection he filled them in on how our SmartJack® System could solve the foundation issue.

Foreman Trevor Ingle led the installation of this project. With help from a team, they installed 2 SmartJack® supports and replaced the main beam in the basement with a sturdy steel beam. The SmartJack® supports and the addition of the beam will work together to properly support the sagging floors in the home.

Now that the floors have been permanently stabilized, the homeowner will be able to have peace of mind and not worry about their floors collapsing.
