Foreman Osia Williams led a team in the installation of this project. Together, the team installed a total of 5 SmartJack® Systems in order to evenly distribute the weight of the structure. These steel jacks are able to be adjusted in order to level the house and stabilize the whole structure. This adjustable system will work for years to come due to the fact that our SmartJack® Systems are rust-resistant. 

This homeowner can now continue their retirement project knowing that no corners were cut and their home has a lasting solution.

Design Specialist James Miller went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, James recommended our piering system to stabilize the foundation.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 6 helical piers underneath the foundation of the home. The piers are driven deep into the ground until they are anchored into a level of soil strong enough to support the weight of the home to prevent further sinking.

Now that the home has been permanently stabilized, the homeowner can relax and enjoy their porch with peace of mind.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. The crew installed polyurethane spray foam over the walls of the home in order to provide some insulation to the area because the walls were so severely cracked. They installed the PowerBrace® System to provide permanent stabilization to the walls. The i-beams are anchored to the concrete slab in the basement as well as the rim joists of the home to ensure that the PowerBrace® System can hold steady.

Now that the repairs in the basement have been made, the homeowner can relax more comfortably in their home without worrying about an unsafe basement.
