Our project was complex and presented unforeseen complications. At every challenge, Heidi from DBS responded quickly and offered the right solution. Nick and his team of technicians were prompt, cordial and professional. He explained every step of the process. The result, an outstanding job.

 There are a number of things I appreciate about this business. First, they are willing to service a large geographical area. I was struggling to find someone willing to do the job in my area as the insulation I had contacted only could add more insulation, not install additional airflow venting. Second, having a foreman to go to was awesome. Nick really knew his stuff and took the time each day to let me know the game plan and answer any questions I had. We was also able to adapt in the fly and add venting to one of my bathrooms. The whole team worked hard and with high quality. The only issue I had was with scheduling. There were a couple times the service date was moved. However, on the second schedule change the customer service team and I collaborated and were able to make something work. I appreciate them going to great lengths for me. All in all, was a good experience and am very happy with how things turned out.

We had some real difficulties getting things arranged, but the technician who showed up did a *fantastic* job, we are very grateful!
