This church reached out to us to come take a look at what could be done for their settling foyer. There were obvious signs of shifting and unevenness, and several noticeable cracks. One of our design specialists, Caleb, went out to provide a free estimate and determined that installing our push pier system would be the best course of action. Our overall goal with this system is to stabilize the foundation and secure it in place, to prevent further settlement and damage. Our talented crews will be able to determine if we can also achieve some lift/level of the foundation without potentially causing additional damage, and this case, we were able to obtain enough lift to close up some of those larger cracks! This Morton, Mississippi home was struggling with settlement. It was really affecting the doors and windows in the center of the house. The homeowners gave our office a call and we sent Scottie S. to inspect it. He found significant sagging that could be resolved by fitting our SmartJacks underneath the home to support it. Our crew promptly went out and were able to achieve some great lift, including getting these double doors to open and close without the struggle they have previously had!

This older home had a recurring hump in the kitchen floor in the same area where the homeowners had previously experienced leveling issues. After the problem returned, they wanted a more permanent solution before continuing with their renovations. 

Ben and his crew installed SmartJack supports, including seven standalone supports and two SmartJacks with an 8-foot supplemental beam, to provide additional support beneath the home. The homeowners can now continue their renovations with greater peace of mind knowing the floor structure has been reinforced. 

While our goal with our systems is to stabilize and protect the home, depending on the home, it can be possible to achieve some lift and end up with an amazing result like this! Gaps were closed, and walls were closer to the floor where they belong! Wonderful job to foreman Jessie and his crew.
