This driveway for a new construction home was already starting to crack and look unsightly. The homeowners knew that fixing the crack soon would keep the damage from getting worse. This 15 year old driveway was having large cracks grow throughout the concrete. Not only are the cracks unattractive, they give water a way to get under the concrete. We found that some of the driveway had sunken in a couple inches from soil erosion, causing the cracks to form. Without taking the time to fix WHY the cracks were there in the first place, we would have just been putting a temporary bandaid over the problem. To start the project, we injected PolyLevel foam under the sinking concrete to fill the void and raise the driveway up to a level position. Our foam is quick and durable. Once the concrete is level on all sides, we use NexusPro, our silicone sealant, to seal up the cracks for good.
