My floors laid down right after having the encapsulation and there's no more draft. I can sleep in my bedroom again because the musty smell is totally gone. I have had warmer floors since the install, and under the home has also stayed the same temperature as inside the home. Best thing we have done and best decision we have ever made on money spent.
