This customer noticed some cosmetic damage in her kitchen. The drywall tape was pulling away from the center wall in the kitchen and you could see the damage on the ceiling.

When we inspected the home, we found the problem was there was inadequate support holding up the home in the crawl space. We installed double the supports in the crawl space to fix the issue. We used our SmartJack Support system, that you can see in the photos above.

An un-level sidewalk is a common problem that Thrasher Foundation Repair can quickly fix. This homeowner previously had a water drainage system installed in her basement, but she was concerned with her current sump pump and its reliability. She knew that we had sump pump options that her parents had used, so she gave us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Todd King to inspect the older sump pump, determine if it was reliable, then determine what steps to take after the inspection. Todd found that the older sump pump did not have a battery backup, and that this would be problematic if her power ever went out. He also found that the sump pump's age had started to effect it's efficiency. Todd determined that the homeowner could use a new sump pump and the homeowner agreed. Our team came and installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System that has 3 pumps and a battery backup.
