It's important to have a good sealant to prevent cracks in concrete. For this customer, we applied NexusPro silicone-based sealant to fill and seal cracks and control joints. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro is specially designed to resist UV rays, ensuring that it remains durable and doesn't crack, bubble, or dry over time. Additionally, NexusPro has a significantly shorter drying time compared to other urethane-based caulking products. The customer had water coming into her basement from her window, walls and floor joints. 

We waterproofed in the problem areas by installing CleanSpace, well ducts, and a poly well. These all helped remove water from the basement and keep the area dry for her grandkids.  

This homeowner has previously used our waterproofing services, however she did not replace her older sump pump at that time. The waterproofing solutions were working well for her, however her sump pump had stopped working, so she gave us a call. We had Service Technician Braydon Aker return to the homeowner's home with a new TripleSafe Sump Pump System ready to be installed. Once Braydon was able to install the TripleSafe, the homeowner was very happy with all of her waterproofing solutions. She was so appreciative of all the work we had done for her basement to be dry. This homeowner’s basement was flooded because the sump pump had stopped working while they were finishing it with drywall. They didn't want anything else to be ruined. We used the WaterGuard system with full-height CleanSpace, which would provide the best protection for the walls and drywall and prevent the mold you can see in the "before" picture from entering their home.
