System Design Specialist Sheldon Sharp arrived at the home in Manhattan, KS, and performed a full inspection of the home’s front walkway. It was determined that soil washout underneath the walkway caused it to sink, making the front step very tall and unsafe. To resolve this, our crews installed our 2-part concrete protection system to lift, level, and seal the settled slabs.

Lastly, SealantPro was sprayed onto the entire surface to repel water and prevent surface stains. 

This driveway's cracks have been caulked with NexusPro! It's important to caulk concrete joints to stop water from flowing under the concrete which can cause the slabs to move and shift. 

The customer had multiple areas settling as well as street creep starting to damage the foundation of the home. We lifted and leveled the concrete as well as put in a proper expansion joint.

Our team utilized PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the concrete so that the tripping hazard was gone.
