This customer had a front step that was sinking. And unfortunately, she ended up tripping and falling coming up the stairs. Not wanting any of her loved ones to fall, she knew she had to get it fixed.

She called Thrasher to help because she knew we could get the job done quickly. Christian Gaylord was sent out to her home to figure out what the best action plan would be. He determined the front step had settled over 6 inches. We used PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the front step to fix this. Everything turned out great, and the customer was super happy with it. No more trips!

This homeowner's driveway had settled and cracked all over. Plus, the control joints were not sealed at all. They were afraid they were going to have to replace the concrete altogether, but we assured them we could fix. We used our Concrete Protection System with a 5 year warranty. This included PolyLevel, to lift and level by injecting foam underneath the concrete, NexusPro to fill all cracks and joints, and then SealantPro to seal the concrete slab and protect it from the elements. 

The homeowner was very satisfied with the finished result and happy we were able to bring his concrete back to life.

This homeowner was annoyed with how many cracks there were in his driveway and walkway. He chose to use Thrasher to fix them because of our in-depth inspection and honesty. Matt Turner went to the home to inspect the concrete. He found that the concrete had settled due to the direction the water ran from at the top of the yard and his downspout was increasing water flow. 

To fix, we used our PolyLevel to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete in his driveway while sealing his control joints with NexusPro. Sealing the joints will prevent the water from getting under his concrete to help with further settlement.

He performed a thorough inspection of the concrete on the driveway and determined it was settling due to failed seals and soil washout. The settling and cracking of the driveway had resulted in potential tripping hazards and making it extremely difficult to shovel in the winter. Mary opted to have Thrasher install our 3-Part Concrete Protection System to lift, seal, and protect her concrete driveway. PolyLevel foam is installed first by injecting it underneath the concrete to fill the voids in order to lift and level it. NexusPro sealer is then applied to all cracks and control joints to prevent any water from entering through the surface in the future. Then, SealantPro is sprayed onto the surface of the driveway to prevent any deterioration, stains, and pitting. The combination of these three products is the ultimate permanent concrete restoration system.

Mary couldn’t have been more excited with the outcome of the project. She was impressed with our concrete repair solutions and the efficiency at which our crews operate.
