After this customer's concrete repair work, we got down to the source of the problem. Water from this exposed downspout was pooling up near the concrete and home's foundation. We buried the downspout to better move rain water away from the home. 

This homeowner made an appointment for us for annual maintenance because his concrete started developing a new crack on the back patio. We sent Service Technician Austin Dermody to fix the concrete cracks and prevent it from happening again. Austin saw that there was large equipment used to install the homeowner's new roof, so the cracks were likely caused by this. Austin used NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair to seal the crack. Without sending a crew, Austin solved this homeowner's problem while the annual maintenance appointment was happening. This homeowner in Rogersville, MO has a shed in his backyard that was starting to sinking and was becoming an unsafe space for him to work or use this space. After some consideration of just tearing down the shed completely and starting over, he decided to have Thrasher come take a look and see how we could help his problem. 

After inspection of the shed, our crew determined that our PolyLevel foam would be the best option to help this customer get the results he was looking for. PolyLevel foam is an expanding foam that expands and lifts underneath the slab raising the concrete and giving support to the slab without adding any extra weight. 

Our customer was extremely happy with the results, we were able to save his shed so he didn't have to replace the whole structure.

Others had told him the only way to fix was to do a complete tear out and redo, but he was hopeful someone out there could do a repair fix for him. There were voids under the concrete that were the cause of sinking and cracking. Kyle proposed we use our PolyLevel foam to lift and level the concrete back into place, and our NexusPro to fill in the joints and cracks. The great thing about PolyLevel is that it is waterproof and environmentally friendly! Chad was extremely happy with the results, as he was not ready to replace his concrete. Thrasher Foundation Repair was called out to lift and level the sinking driveway and sidewalk slabs of this home in Waukee, IA. Using a 2-part approach, we filled voids beneath the sinking concrete slabs with our PolyLevel polyurethane foam to bring them back to level, then sealed the joints with NexusPro to help mitigate erosion of the soil beneath the slabs.
