This customer wanted to make sure the water was flowing away from their home correctly. And they especially wanted to make sure their basement was kept safe and dry, in an event they might need to use it as shelter from a storm.

When we visited the home to inspect the property, we found the gutters and downspouts were too small and were getting clogged. They were not running far enough from the foundation and were ripping away from the house in a storm and high winds.

To fix the problem, we installed our gutter shutter system on the home with the oversized trough and a wide mouth outlet. To keep the water away from the foundation, we also buried the downspouts 10 feet away from the foundation, in areas with good grade soil.

The customer was happy and feels better about the safety of her home during storms.

This homeowner is tired of her gutters getting clogged and doesn't want to worry about it anymore. She has large trees surrounding her home and has a steep roof pitch causing the gutter clogs and overflow. She recently installed gutters so we just installed RainDrop gutter guards on top of them. Service Techinican Chuck Kain went out to the home to evaluate the gutters. The gutters were galvanized, rusting and failing. Chuck recommended Gutter Shutter, a clog free and seamless gutter.  We removed the old gutters and downspouts. After measuring for an exact fit, we installed Gutter Shutters and buried all the downspouts so they would direct the roof water away from the house and foundation. Scott and Jill were very happy with how the gutters looked and impressed with the crew. 

The homeowner's existing gutters were failing – rotting, leaking, and detracting from the house's appearance. This not only allowed water intrusion but also threatened the foundation with potential structural damage. To address these concerns, we replaced them with a new seamless gutter system. Unlike traditional gutters, seamless gutters offer a clog-resistant design that prevents debris buildup and ensures optimal water flow.

This Homeowber encountered a persistent inconvenience with their downspouts, which extended a considerable distance of 10 feet into the yard. In an effort to further safeguard their foundation from water damage, they had even placed 20-foot tiles at the end of each downspout. However, the continuous need to move the downspouts while mowing the lawn or concerns about detachment had become tiresome for the customer.

To provide a more permanent and hassle-free solution, we undertook the task of burying the homeowner's downspouts and extending them accordingly. Employing a shovel, PVC piping, and a bubble pot, we successfully extended the downspouts while ensuring proper drainage.

By burying the downspouts and extending them, we relieved the customer from the inconvenience of constantly moving them during lawn maintenance while also addressing their concerns about detachment. This solution offered a more streamlined and reliable system to effectively channel water away from the foundation, protecting it from potential water-related issues.
