This homeowner faced a common issue with their house: a dirt crawl space that posed various risks to their health, energy bills, and foundation. Recognizing the importance of addressing this concern, we implemented an effective solution using CleanSpace. Acting as a protective layer between the home and the underlying soil, CleanSpace provides a multitude of benefits.

One of the primary advantages of CleanSpace is its ability to prevent water from entering the home through the foundation walls. This is crucial as foundation walls often experience water leakage through mortar joints, cold joints, cracks, and window seals. By installing CleanSpace, we created a barrier that effectively blocks any potential water intrusion.

By installing CleanSpace, we not only addressed the immediate concern of the dirt crawl space but also provided long-term benefits for this homeowner. 

These homeowners had a section of their sidewalk that was settling and are concerned people will trip on it or cause issues for bike riders. As a DIY fix, they tried to put mulch beneath the slab and then found out frogs were living under there! To fix, we lifted the settling sidewalk using PolyLevel foam. This foam is injected through tiny, pea-sized holes in the slab and is able to lift and stabilize most concrete slabs.

This homeowner wanted to avoid replacing their concrete and find a different solution to fix their cracked driveway. After inspection, we determined the best solution would be to use our three part concrete protection system. This protection system includes PolyLevel to lift and level the slab back to its original position, NexusPro to fill in cracks and joints, and then top it off with SealantPro, to seal and prevent further water intrusion.

This customer's sidewalk was rapidly shifting, causing a tripping hazard and an eyesore.  We discovered it was due to some tree roots that are growing and pushing around the sidewalk. We used Polylevel foam to lift and level the concrete, then we sealed everything with NexusPro. The customer understood he'll still need to relocate the tree to ensure this doesn't happen again, but he's very satisfied with the results and thanked us for getting to the bottom of the issue!

This homeowner's front porch has been settling and slowly sinking for over 15 years. It's a brick facade on a poured wall with footing. Because of this, the approach and steps have sunk as well. To fix this, we installed 6 helical piers on the outside corner of the porch and between the steps and inside corner. In addition, we lifted the stoop using PolyLevel so it slopes away from the house.
