I choose Thrasher due mainly to the television commercials and the promotional materials that we received in the mail. The crew was very professional and dedicated. They worked long hours and took care to not damage anything.  All of our neighbors know what was done and that we are satisfied.

After receiving a few quotes from companies I choose Thrasher because they were the most professional and experienced. The Salesman and the crew were very professional and did a good job. 

My Basement walls kept moving in and I got tired of re-fitting the doors affected by the wall movement. I had heard about Thrasher from advertisements but, figured they would be expensive judging by the amount of work that would be needed. Several neighbors in my neighborhood have had Thrasher complete work for them so I decided to have them out for a free estimate. Surprisingly, it was very affordable. Fausto dealt with a major setback in a professional manner when it was discovered that the route to reinforcement was filled with bricks and cement. No one knew about this until he began to dig the holes. This led to additional days of work to complete the job. I was very impressed with Thrasher. All of the work was completed within the original quoted price and with no extra charge for the delay. 

I really liked the install process and the warranty for the project. It was also impressive the work was done in one day! 

Everything went great! The team was on time and worked so fast!! Haven't noticed anything since they left, so far so good. 

I had previously had Thrasher work done at my house. If someone was to ask me for a recommendation, I would recommend Thrasher, especially after this last work at my house. The crew was excellent and Tom explained everything very well to me.

We have a 5 stall garage that was bowing in, and had used Thrasher for the house many years ago.  Because of this past experience, we wanted them to look at the garage. Thrasher beat the price from another quote we had gotten and the warranty was better. The inside and outside was as clean as before they started.

Cracks in our drywall where addition was put on the house and uneven cement slabs on driveway and back porch area as well as steps pulling away from house are what led us to choose Thrasher to fix the issues. The consulation was educational on how the work would be done and why it should be done the "Thrasher" way! He inspected the entire house and gave an honest opinion on what work should be done, what to watch and what didn't need to be done. Also, both of the work crews were friendly, informative, called and let us know when to expect them.  

I was impressed with the system literature that explains exactly what the salesman, Brian, was telling us.  Jim, the Supervisor on our job, was very friendly and informative and put me at ease during the pier setting process.  Cement had to be replaced and was done perfectly.  Detail seems to be very important to Thrasher employees and I am impressed.

We chose Thrasher after getting a recommendation from a structural engineer.  You price was competitive, and Tom Bilyeu was thorough, courteous, and informative.

Thrasher did a great job. The guys were very competent, nice and cleaned up after themselves.

Since the job was completed only two days ago it is hard to if all problems were corrected however, I have no reason to think problems will show up. We were very pleased with Jim H. and his crew. They were prompt and very professional. Jim kept us advised of the status of the project and a regular basis. 

We were led to Thrasher because of their no cost estimate and their professionalism. We were very impressed with the work crew. They kept us informed and answered our questions. Overall, we are impressed with the sales, service and work of Thrasher. 

I was convinced Thrasher's system was better and more permanent than the helical piers others showed me.  The crew leader, Jim, was very nice and did a great job of keeping me informed of the process.  They cleaned up well and did a good job.  I was very pleased.

The crew was very friendly. They did a great job of explaining what they were going to do and made sure that all my questions were addressed. After the job they did a post-project walkthrough to make sure that I was happy with the work.
