I really appreciated that Thrasher took so much time to diagnose and show me all the videos. The other guys didn't do that, and Thrasher was the only one to actually show me the cracks.

We were recommended by our neighbor after he had work done.  Kevin thoroughly explained the needed repairs from his diagnosis.  He was the only person to give us insight as to what was occurring and how to proceed to stop the problem.  Others did not know where to start. Your Super-crew arrived after our first major snow, and finished in a timely manny anyway.  Our grounds were left in a very good condition.  Job well done!!

The office staff was very courteous.  The salesman was very professional, a good man, who was solely interested in restoring that which needed to be fixed.The other company didn't have engineers on staff, and couldn't give a true estimate of costs.   From the time the crew arrived they were busy working. They seemed to know just what needed to be done. We are very pleased with the work accomplished.

We had several bids before and some coming after, but still chose Thrasher. Even without a price match, We just really appreciated the way the crew went about doing business. Over all, we were very pleased. they couldn't install one of the anchors because we had their driveway just recently replaced and didn't want to disrupt it. However, the guys were very hard workers. Some of the best.
