Austin took his time to assess our damage with our private contractor. Due to the magnitude of our problems, there were a couple of minor issues that came up in the contract. Austin immediately apologized and resolved them to our satisfaction. I'd give these guys ten stars—a great group of men. They are the nicest guys we've ever met.
