Before installation, water intrusion was evident along the basement perimeter. Our team expertly installed the WaterGuard® below-floor drainage channel to collect water and redirect it to a sump pump system. The final result is a clean, dry basement ready for safe storage or future finishing.

Our Madole Construction team stepped in with a full crawl space encapsulation solution — installing heavy-duty vapor barriers, sealing vents, and adding drainage protection to create clean, dry, and healthy spaces beneath the home.
