The crawl space is much warmer and dryer and looks much better.  We have already noted significant improvements in temperature (warmer) and humidity (lower).  I had placed a temperature and humidity monitor in the crawl space in the fall after buying the condo so I could monitor temps when I was not around.  The data from the monitor shows a marked increase in average temperature in the crawl space after installation Feb 24-28 and a marked decrease in humidity around the same time.  I am attaching a couple of screen shots from the monitor that show these changes.  Nice empirical validation of the effectiveness of the work your team completed.    I should also add that the living level just above the crawl space is much warmer as well so again a nice validation of the work.

I think the Madole encapsulation was the best thing I ever did to improve my home.   I recommend your encapsulation for any older home with a perimeter foundation that has nothing but dirt or some cheap plastic sheeting on the ground. 

I'm very pleased with the work performed by your staff and your crew, especially wish to compliment and thank Larry and Damon, who not only kept me informed regarding the progress and issues which came up, but also supervised and performed the work as if they were working on their own homes.
