In the after photo, the galvanized steel SmartJacks demonstrate improved support as they lift and stabilize the floor joists to their original position, reducing previous floor bounce. This homeowner of an early 1900s home had cracks in the stone foundation wall. They were planning on selling the home in the next 5 years and wanted to address any issues now so they couldn't get worse. They reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection of their stone foundation. Our Design Specialist looked at the foundation wall and recommended installing an Auxiliary wall over the cracked portion of the stone foundation wall. 

The owner of a building in Haverhill, Massachusetts, built the building to help those who have brain injuries that are confined to wheelchairs. Over the past couple of months, the owner has seen settlement around their building making it difficult to get wheelchairs in and out of the building. EFS recommended installing PolyLevel under the concrete to lift the concrete back to its original position.
