A homeowner in Bradford, New Hampshire, had purchased their 1850s home 4 years ago. The homeowner was concerned with mice and drafts of cold air traveling through the crawlspace into their home. The homeowners called EFS to inspect their basement for possible solutions. Replacing Old Bulkhead, Rumney, NH

This homeowner in Rumney, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for 30 years. For the past 10 years, they have seen water collecting at the bottom of the bulkhead stairs. The water is seeping through the bulkhead and down the stairs. The homeowners called EFS for us to look at the bulkhead and find a solution for them. Our specialist met with the homeowner and inspected the bulkhead. After looking at the bulkheads' condition we recommend installing a new bulkhead and sealing it to make sure no water can seep into the basement. 

Our installation team ordered a new bulkhead and waited for it to be delivered. Once in our hands, we brought it to the home and removed the old leaky bulkhead door. Next, we built it and installed the new bulkhead. We made sure to waterproof around the bulkhead to ensure no water can penetrate the basement. 

The homeowners were very pleased with the installation of their new bulkhead door. 

FlexiSpan Installed, Warner, NH

This homeowner in Warner, New Hampshire, built their home in the early 2000s. They found a crack in their basement that they were concerned with letting water into the basement. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing FlexiSpan onto the foundation wall to stop water from entering the basement. 

Leaky Basement, Temple, NH

A resident of Temple, New Hampshire had water seeping into their basement through the bulkhead stairs and was tired of dealing with the issue. They contacted EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist, Isaac Hernandez, met with the homeowner and suggested installing a SuperSump, WaterGuard, and an Exterior Drainage Line to collect and pump out any water that entered the basement from the bulkhead.
