The WaterGuard drainage system can be seen in the attached after photo. This system is installed at the perimeter of the foundation and safely collects water before entering the basement. The system then delivers the water to the sump pump. The sump pump then disposes the water out of the home through an exterior drainage line. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is installed to keep moisture out of the basement and provide a comfortable and healthy climate.

With these systems working together, a fully waterproofed basement is created. The new furnace, along with all the other belongings in the basement, will be kept dry and protected.
