Initially, this Manchester, NH basement remained damp due to a malfunctioning sump pump and insufficient crack sealant. As depicted in the 'before' photo, these issues posed a risk to both comfort and safety. To resolve this, we expertly installed our WaterGuard system beneath the floor, effectively channeling wall and floor water seepage to our reliable TripleSafe Sump Pump. Alongside this, we added the IceGuard system to prevent discharge line freezing. The 'after' photo clearly shows the transformation, with a dry and functional basement safeguarded from future water challenges.
