Design Specialist, Mark Proctor, noticed severe foundation problems upon giving a free home inspection. Cobblestone walls had settled, resulting in brick walls bowing outward and even partially collapsing. With such drastic basement damage, Mark recommended reconstructing the foundation walls and pouring a new concrete slab. Our installation crew demoed the entire front wall section, carefully disassembling the corner that was held together by only foam. Reconstructing the foundation was a challenge with rain hitting the exposed cobblestone, but with the crew's care and attention to detail, they were able to overcome it.

With a new foundation, the home is now properly supported. This homeowner now has peace of mind during the home selling process, and while he continues to live in the home.

A homeowner in Auburn, Massachusetts had their stone and brick foundation wall bowing outward. The homeowner reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection of their foundation to find a solution for their basement. After inspection, our Design Specialist recommended installing an Auxiliary Wall against the foundation where the wall was bowing outward. Our crew arrived at the home and installed an Auxiliary wall over the bowing section of the foundation.

The slab has cracked and sank and they would like to have EFS lift, level, and seal the slab so they could use the space as something other than storage. Our Installation team uses PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift, level, and seal the slab. 

This homeowner in Rindge, New Hampshire wanted to stabilize their house and attached deck. Design Specialist David Cormier came out to the home and purposed that the homeowner uses helical piers. The Crew Lead Nick Carelli and his team came to the home and installed the piers. 

A homeowner in Worcester, Massachusetts, has lived in their early 1900s home for 10 years. They were planning on selling the home in the next few years so they were tackling projects to help sell the home. They wanted to replace the old supports in the basement will sturdier supports. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist inspected the home and recommended installing 4 SmartJacks in the basement to stabilize the floor system.
