The homeowner called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing CleanSpace and Drainage Matting to prevent any moisture from coming up from beneath the concrete slab and ruining personal belongings. 

A homeowner in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, purchased their home about a year ago in November 2021. Their home was originally built in 1901 so they had a company come out to install some additional insulation to help lower their heating and cooling costs for the future. The company arrived at their home and told the homeowners that they couldn't install the insulation in their crawlspace because it wasn't encapsulated.
