A homeowner in Nahant, Massachusetts, had moisture concerns in their basement. In their basement, they had a large section of ledge that was collecting moisture. EFS recommended encapsulating the ledge with Drainage Matting, CleanSpace, and Rim Joist Insulation. 

In Rowley, MA, a homeowner faced persistent cold and wet conditions in their crawl space, despite having a floor liner and minimal insulation.
