Radon Mitigation System Installed, New Ipswich, NH
This homeowner in New Ipswich, New Hampshire has lived in their home since it was built in 2021. They have always known about the radon levels in their home but wanted to address them after living in the home for two and a half years. They called EFS to meet with our Design Specialist and we designed a system to lower the radon levels in their home to a comfortable level.
High Radon Levels in Town Building, Andover, NH
A town building in Andover, New Hampshire, had high radon levels that exceeded 30 pCi/L. The town contacted EFS for an inspection of its building and our Design Specialist recommended lowering the radon levels in the building by installing 3 radon fans along with additional products to prevent radon from seeping through the slab in the basement.

A town building in Andover, New Hampshire, has high radon levels. The radon levels in the building were averaging above 30 pCi/L which is cause for concern. Our Design Specialist recommended installing CleanSpace, NexusPro, and an ERV in the basement to prevent radon from seeping through into the buildings breathable air. These paired with the radon fans will lower the radon levels to healthy levels.
Baby on the Way, Needs Radon Mitigation System, Lyndeborough, MA
This homeowner is expecting a newborn in the coming months and would like a Radon Mitigation System to bring down the 10 pCi/L radon levels. The homeowner called EFS for a free inspection. A radon mitigation system was installed into the basement to help mitigate the radon that was entering the home in time for the new baby.
Radon System Installed After 20 Years of Concerns, Wilton, MA
This homeowner in Wilton, Massachusetts, has lived in their home since 1997. The homeowners first tested their home for radon in 2003 and the levels came back at 6.4-6.7 pCi/L. The homeowners tested the home for radon in 2003, 2009, and 2023. In 2023 the radon levels in the home exceeded 10 pCi/L. This time the homeowners were planning on selling their home so they called EFS for an inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist Jared Pavluvcik met with the homeowner and designed a radon mitigation system with two extraction points to lower the radon levels in their home before they sell it.
