Radon Mitigation System, Stratham, NH

A homeowner in Stratham, New Hampshire, has lived there since 2005 and recently saw a commercial on TV about radon. This commercial made them worried about the radon within their own home. They decided to call EFS to test their home for radon. When we tested the home and reviewed the results with the homeowner the radon levels in the home averaged around 15 pCi/L. Our Design Specialist recommended installing a radon mitigation system to lower the radon levels within the home.

Radon Mitigation System, Dover, NH

This homeowner in Dover, New Hampshire has a fully finished basement and was concerned about the radon levels in the basement. They want to have clean air in the basement so they don't have to worry about the air they breathe down there. When a radon test was taken, their levels came back as 10-11 pCi/l. These levels are considered above normal and should be brought down to below 4 pCi/l.

The homeowner's called Erickson Foundation Supportworks to see about installing a Radon Mitigation System. Paul Magowan is a Design Specialist at Erickson Foundation Supportworks; he was able to come out to the homeowner's home and look at the options of installing a Radon System. Paul designed a system for their home and then passed his design to the Crew Lead for this project, Scott Crandall. Scott and his team were able to successfully install the Radon System into the homeowner's home. By doing so they reduced the radon levels to below 4pCi/l.

Overall the homeowners were happy with their radon system installation.
