By using the PolyLevel® system, we stabilized and leveled the deck using high-strength polyurethane foam—visible in the after photo's even surface. Following this, we applied NexusPro® Joint Sealant to maintain this stability by sealing joints, preventing water infiltration. A homeowner in Lexington, Massachusetts, had cracks in their foundation wall and wanted to replace the front half of their garage slab. Our design specialist recommended installing a new concrete slab repour and sealing cracks in the foundation wall.

The concrete on the breezeway has sunk. The homeowner called EFS about leveling the concrete. EFS leveled the concrete using PolyLevel and NexusPro.

Our Design Specialist, Tom Armano, recommended installing PolyLevel concrete stabilization and NexusPro joint repair. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that was injected underneath the concrete slabs to fill voids. This lifts and levels the concrete. Then, NexusPro was used to seal the joints. This prevents future cracking and settling.

Now, this homeowner has an appealing walkway that is safe to walk on!
