This customer from Bedford, New Hampshire owns a warehouse that has some cracks in its walls. The cracks have been there since they purchased the warehouse. Water has been leaking through the wall and damaging products. The warehouse owner decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Michael Bradley arrived at the warehouse and inspected the walls and foundation. He found the cracks that the owner was referring to. Michael recommended installing Crack Injection into each crack to seal them. 

A homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire purchased their home a couple of months ago and was concerned with some things in their home. They called EFS to address their concerns. One of the concerns was the support in their storage room off of their garage. A home in Bedford, New Hampshire, had a foundation wall that was bowing inward. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist recommended installing Geolocks onto the foundation wall. Our team installed 6 Geolocks on the foundation wall to straighten the foundation wall and stabilize it. 

Greg B. of Marlboro, Massachusetts was experiencing settling on the backside of their house. Behind the home is a retaining wall that is holding the soil that is holding the home in place. Greg thinks the settling in the backyard is causing cracking in his garage. He called Erickson Foundation Solutions to see if they could send someone out to inspect his home. 

Design Specialist John Prince came to Greg's home and inspected the garage and the backyard. He confirmed Greg's suspicions of settlement in the backyard. John proposed to stop the settlement they install Push Piers in the back of the home and then after those are installed they seal the cracks, PolyLEVEL, and Resurface the whole garage. 

Crew Lead Chris Hanlek and his team came to the home and installed the PolyLEVEL, Crack Seal, and Resurface.
