A homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts, has lived in their home since 2019. About two years ago they noticed water seeping through the foundation wall. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their foundation to see what they could do. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and inspected the inside and outside of the foundation. We recommended installing 157 sqft of SentrySeal to the exterior foundation wall. This will prevent water from seeping through the foundation wall into the basement.  

In Methuen, MA, a homeowner faced a challenge with their precast stairs sinking and separating three inches from their front door. This situation affected both accessibility and curb appeal. We at Erickson Foundation Solutions addressed the issue with precision. By installing our engineered Helical Pier System, we provided effective stabilization, replacing the old stairs with a new set securely anchored to prevent further movement. As highlighted in the after photo, the stairs are now stable, restoring the homeowner’s peace of mind and the property's structural integrity in any weather.

Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed several SmartJacks throughout the basement area, which was all dirt floor. The homeowners old sumppump was also replaced and upgraded.

A homeowner in Hampstead, New Hampshire, had some cracking in their basement caused by some settlement over the years. Our production team installed Push Piers in the back corner of the home to stop it from settling more.
