This was a second-round on this installation, and I am very happy with the final result. I was less than satisfied after my initial experience, but the company really came through and turned the experience around. I would like to thank Erickson Foundation for completing a tedious job of installing smart jacks in our home. A failing unsupported retaining wall and garage foundation wall were replaced and supported, respectively, with Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. The complicated, multi-faceted project was done in an orderly and efficient manner. The work site was cleaned up nicely at the conclusion of the work. The project work crew was conscientious, friendly, and polite. They worked extremely hard under conditions of excessive heat and humidity. Daily end-of-day reviews and plans for the following day at the site with the crew supervisor Nick were especially appreciated.
