These are before and after pictures of a church that had such a bad moisture problem in their crawlspace that rot destroyed the floor.  The whole floor had to be removed, but before replacing it, the owners were smart enough to call our company to install a new CleanSpace system, complete with a SuperSump and SaniDry Dehumidifier so the new floor would be protected. 

When a Baltimore, MD homeowner noticed their basement turning damp and uncomfortable, they knew it was time to take action before moisture caused more serious damage. Persistent humidity and saturated conditions not only compromised the space’s usability but also raised concerns about mold growth and structural decay.

Upon inspection, our Quality 1st team discovered the root cause: the basement lacked a proper vapor barrier and efficient moisture control systems, allowing water vapor to infiltrate and linger unchecked.

To combat the issue, we implemented a tailored waterproofing solution featuring our patented CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System, which effectively seals basement walls and floors to block moisture intrusion and prevent mold. Complementing this, we installed our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, a high-efficiency system designed to maintain optimal humidity levels year-round.

This row home owner called due to the musty smell he was getting from the basement. This home was shortly getting closed on and was in need of our WaterGuard sub-floor Drainage System. The team dug around the perimeter of the foundation to install the drain and then connect it to the TripleSafe pump system, safely taking the water away. Lastly, we installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier that lies on the walls to collect the moisture/vapor coming through, which keeps your basement dry and musty-smell-free.

At this Baltimore home, the sump pump was no longer pumping enough water out. We had our team dig out the sump and install our SuperSump pump system with a Zoeller M53 cast iron pump, liner and airtight lid. This product has features such as an alarm system for when the water level rises, if a breaker trips, or if there is a malfunction. This sump system protects your basement from flooding and seals off any odor or harmful gases that could potentially escape. 

In this dirt floor crawl space, the owners wanted to clean out and encapsulate the space with insulation. Our team went out to the home to remove and haul away all the debris in the crawl space in order for us to install our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier that will capture any moisture or wall leakage. Once the barrier is placed, we laid our SilverGlo insulated wall panels that are highly effective and have a built-in radiant barrier that will overall save on electric bills.
