At this Baltimore row home in a partially finished basement, the owner was seeing water intrusion through a shared wall and the area was getting more humid. We went out to the property to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system that will capture any leakage from the wall. This system will pump the water into the sump pump system that will safely keep it away from the walls. Then we trimmed the wall back in order to install our CleanSpace Vapor barrier, which is an effective waterproofing system and captures any moisture seeping in, keeping the basement dry.
