We recently received a call from a homeowner in Telford PA that was facing concerns from sunken cracked concrete located in their backyard patio. Without allowing the condition of the structure to decay even further we sent out Nelson our system design specialist over to the home and after conducting a thorough assessment we were able to provide the best possible solution. Following this evaluation our foreman Ash and his crew arrived at the home and began installing our uniquely formulated PolyLevel Foam Injections, this will ultimately stabilize and level the slabs to their initial height, as well as a full application of our specially patented ultra violet resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant to protect from erosion. This owner's backyard patio is fully fortified and reinforced to handle future signs of settlement!

Customer had a standard basement window that we turned into an Egress.

For this waterproofing job, we installed a trench drain at the basement door along with some Waterguard, a SuperSump Pump, and IceGuard. 

This homeowner in Media, PA wanted a crawl space encapsulation system. We installed our CrawlSpace Encapsulation System and CleanSpace Liner, which will turn the damp, dirty space into a dry, mold-free area. We also installed our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, which will absorb moisture by controlling the humidity and filtering mold spores out of the air.

To complete the system, we installed our SuperSump Premier Sump Pump to efficiently remove any water that collected, ensuring the basement stayed dry, even during heavy rain.
